SV 424
The cutting valve allows immediate dosing directly into molds, trays or thermo-forming machines without pre-batching. Fresh meat, raw fruit and vegetable salads, vegetables or chunks of ham up to 500 g are serial portioned on one to four lanes, including separating chunky products with a pulling cut into portions.

SV 425
The SV 425 cutting valve portions large chunks of ham directly into containers such as molds or trays, or pre-batches them for thermo-forming machines. The chunks of ham, also entire topsides, with a portion size starting at approx. 1,000 g are efficiently portioned with accurate weights onto one or two lanes.

MCD
In combination with the 85-3 dosing valve and a vacuum filling machine, the MCD mixing crumbling device offers the highly precise dosing, loosening, and crumbling of products directly into the packaging. Suitable for inhomogeneous, chunky, difficult to pump, or granular products, and with the additional cutting function also suitable for fibrous or chunky products. The dosing solution is easy to integrate into packaging systems and transport conveyors.
